Refund Policy

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial so you can try Rotara before paying.

Paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the current billing period. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.

If you were charged by mistake, email hello@vibez-group.com within 14 days and we'll make it right. Refunds are paid back in South African Rand through PayFast, so the amount you see may differ slightly because of exchange rates.
